Made in Denmark: Fritz Hansen
Saturday, February 13, 2010 The Dos family blog inspired this post. Those Hansen chairs, series 7 - 3107; are the latest addition to my I fancy this list. I think we had chairs like these in school; they are stackable, efficient, sturdy and uniform. This open kitchen setting, (below) is fresh and the unexpected placement of those light-wood modern chairs paired with this dark Duncan Phyfe-ie double pedestal table is an inspiring, cool combo. And the septic all white backdrop, feels open, and uncluttered - just love it.
If you are looking for any incarnation of the Ant or 50s designed molded veneer chairs, there are many. Here are just a few; and many are now in molded polymer colors. And still stackable convenient for a game of musical chairs. Oh, the Swedish clogs, are just for fun.
Have a happy!
