stop, listen and breathe
Monday, August 30, 2010 What could this bird possibly be thinking?
The beach is one of those places that puts everything back in perspective for me. it feels like clarity and unlimited options at the same time. I remember being at a crossroads, making a change and not knowing exactly which way to turn; and so I walked and walked and walked. Like Forest - only he ran. I choose not to run. I asked for answers and looked down focusing on my feet, kicking up a little shoreline sandy path before me. Message: Sometimes knowing how everything will unfold at once is too much. My answer was to take small steps and focus on each day as they came. But who doesn't want to know it all? Well I found that attachment is like swimming in murky waters. Be like a seagull - I don't think he is attached to anything. He goes where the wind takes him. AND BE OPEN TO RECEIVE. That's a good place to be. Soak up the good vibes wherever you can, whenever you can.
Have a nice day:) That was said with a very sweet tone behind it.
